Scientific Focus

I am studying how synchronized motor activity affects cognitive functions in healthy individuals and those with neurological or psychiatric conditions. Using behavioral measurements and mobile EEG technology, I explore the link between motor synchronization and cognitive performance, focusing on selective attention and verbal memory. Additionally, I investigate the impact of acute and chronic stress on speech and the role of social support in mitigating these effects. This research uses psychophysiological tools like ECG, EEG, cortisol analysis, and questionnaires to understand how stress, social dynamics, and auditory language processing interact.
